Your Data Rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021), you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. When you submit a deletion request:

  • •Your account will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days
  • •All personal information will be permanently removed
  • •Visitor logs associated with your account will be anonymized
  • •You can cancel the request within the 30-day grace period

Open Kenza Living → Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete My Account

Data We May Retain

Certain data may be retained for legal compliance purposes:

  • •Transaction records: Retained for 5 years per UAE Commercial Transactions Law
  • •Security logs: May be retained for ongoing investigations
  • •Anonymized analytics: Non-identifiable data may be retained
